Coaching Session
- Looking for a quick reset? My individual coaching sessions are for those moms that need help with getting their weekly schedule in order. When you book a session I will send you a time audit workbook for you to fill out and submit prior to our session. During our session we will work together to find efficiencies, create easy to implement routines and I give my tried and true templates to help keep your organized and on track! You receive one post-session follow up via email to check in on your progress!
Coaching Package
- My One Month Coaching package is where you get the best value. We start off by defining what your goals are, whether it’s just getting better control of your schedule for work-life balance or something big, like losing 50 pounds by the end of the year! I then help you find the time and space and in your schedule to work on those goals by eliminating time wasters, increasing your efficiency and helping you create easy to follow daily routines. We meet weekly to review your progress, make adjustments where needed!

I’m a mom, wife and recovering perfectionist!
I have 3 beautiful kids, married to my best friend and work a full time corporate job! I spent years feeling burnt out, always saying yes because I didn’t know how to say no, allowing work to creep into my family time, and never take time for myself because I put everyone else’s needs ahead of mine. I finally realized that I’m never going to get this time back with my kids and my family and I needed to reprioritize and focus on what is truly important in life. I’ve spent countless hours looking for ways to make life simpler, easier and more fulfilling and I’m looking forward to sharing my years of research and trial and error with all of you!
